We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, here is our policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging.
- The item is not a personalised or custom-made product.
- The item is not marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable or consumable products.
- Custom engraved or made-to-order items.
- Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email info.rudrakshgems@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will share the return address and instructions. Do not send items without approval.
- Securely pack the item and ship it using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method:
- Razorpay (card/UPI/netbanking): 5–7 business days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7–10 business days. Please provide your bank account details when requesting.
We will send an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return process applies.
