We ship authentic Rudraksha beads and gemstone jewellery across India. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or events outside our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- ₹60 flat shipping on orders below ₹999.
- Express shipping charges (if available) are shown at checkout.
4. Our Shipping Partner
We fulfil shipments via Shiprocket, which connects orders with leading courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post, depending on your pin code and delivery type.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your AWB (tracking) number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery (incorrect address, not available to receive, etc.), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional re-delivery charges may apply.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
8. PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a complete physical delivery address including pin code.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for eligible pin codes in India. COD orders must be paid in cash at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw the COD option for specific areas or customers with a history of declined deliveries.
