However, natural gemstones and Rudraksha beads are organic products — slight variations in colour, texture, and size are inherent and not considered defects. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. Prices may change without prior notice.
4. Order Placement & Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, and will issue a full refund in such cases.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or events outside our control.
